Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchases. But things may not always go as planned. If things don’t go as planned, contact us at services@walstore.com and we will try to make things right for you.

Return Policy: Walstore will only accept returns on products that are identified as eligible for return or are received damaged. Once Walstore confirms that your Product was returned in accordance with this policy, your credit card or PayPal account will be fully refunded. We do not accept any Product exchanges.

If the Product arrived damaged (“Damaged Product”), Walstore will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Once Walstore confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.

Return Procedures: All returns must be made within 30 calendar days of the product receipt.  All returned Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service at services@walstore.com. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned Product. 

Cancellation Procedures: After the Same Day Cancellation period (8 hours from the order) has passed, Walstore will not consider refund requests unless the latest estimated arrival date has passed or the item has arrived and it is incorrect or damaged. To cancel your order, please send an email to services@walstore.com within 8 hours of placing your order.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at our Email: services@walstore.com
